To Whom it may concern,
Hi! I’m very interested in possibly ordering an easy set Suit case trap.
Could you tell me a little more about it? I saw your website and several of the Utube pieces. I think this is something I can do.
I own 10 acre, 5 of which is a pond. Been here 2 years and now I have a Beaver living here destroying my trees and raising my pond…almost 2 feet so far.
I have gotten into a process of Breaking his dam ( id believe it is just one beaver) each morning and he repairs it at dusk.
I think the trap would work well right at that location.
Would love more info!
Probably need some Oil drops, too.
Figure I’m keeping this property to build a nice home on and bet I’ll have a beaver show up every couple years or so.
Probably a better investment than paying a company $1500+ each time to get rid of a beaver.
Cheers, S.R.
Beavers active in a pond or lake will routinely cut down trees. In the wild, this behavior goes largely unnoticed. When this happens on private ponds the impact can be devasting to the land owner. Besides the visible impact, waterways and drainage systems can be dramatically affected forcing control measures to be implemented.
Live trapping beaver with SUITCASE or EASY SET LIVE TRAPS is an effective way to reduce local populations. I’m not sure what information you’d like above what our BEAVER CONTROL ARTICLE explains so you maybe should just give us a call on our toll free at 1-800-877-7290 if you have specific questions. I do know we’ve helped a lot of people manage beaver problems and your situation sounds like it would be one we could help if you are inclined to do the work yourself.
