HOW TO ORDER

1.	Decide the size and quantity of the product you want.
2.	Decide method of payment.  You have three choices:
	1)  Credit card.  This is the easiest and quickest way to order.
	We accept any of the following cards:  Master Card, Visa, 
	Amex or Discover.  Orders are shipped immediately when 
	purchased on a credit card.  Take advantage of the discount
	we offer listed below to those who order on line with a
	credit card.  Our secure server protects all information
	by encrypting transmissions.  This means you can order
	from us safely and quickly.
	2)  Send a money order.  If you mail a money order to us, we
	will release the order upon receipt.
	3)  Send a check.  If you send a check, we will deposit it and
	release the order only after the check clears.  If you enclose a
	valid photo copy of your drivers license, we will be able to 
	release the order once the check is received.
3.	Decide how to order.  You have four choices:
	1)  Use our on line order form.  Our forms use a secure
	server which encrypts all information provided by you.
	This protects credit card information and enables you
	to use these forms without concern.  You must fill out the form
	completely.  If we don't receive necessary information, we will
	attempt to contact you via telephone, fax or e-mail so make
	sure to supply these numbers and addresses.  Most shipping
	costs are about $5.00 to $10.00.  Regular shipping is via UPS.
	Heavy items will cost more.  Such items include Bat Houses,
	Live Traps or large orders.  If you want to be quoted shipping
	before you order, e-mail or call for a quote.  Make sure to add
	this quote in the order form to insure we charge the same amount.

	2)  Call on our toll free.  Our number is 1-800-877-7290.  We
	are open 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday
	eastern standard time.  Our toll free can get busy so please have
	patience.  If you are unable to get through, you can try our direct
	line which is (770)985-9388.  Ordering on the phone ensures
	you will get personal attention for your problem and receive
	more detailed directions for how to use anything purchased.

	3)  Fax your order to us.  We have a dedicated fax line which
	many customers find easier to order by.  The number is
	(770)985-9319.  We have a form you can download and fill
	out with all the information we need.  Fax it to us and we will
	process the order immediately.  If you want to know exactly
	how much something will cost to ship, e-mail what it is you
	want and where it will be shipped to and we will let you
	know the total.  We need a zip code for exact costs.  You 
	can then fax the completed form to us with the quoted shipping

	4)  Regular customers allow us to keep their credit card numbers
	on file and simply e-mail orders to us.  We then e-mail back
	a total which includes any price changes and shipping charges.
	The customer is protected because they are able to see what
	their card will be billed.  Only after we receive a "go ahead
	and ship" e-mail will we process the order.  This service is 
	valuable for customers who are unable to call during regular 
	business hours.  All customer data bases and credit card 
	numbers are strictly for U-Spray and are NOT made
	available to any other company.  Your personal information
	is protected and safely guarded.
