TERMITE BAIT STATIONS





PRODUCT NAME:   Termite Bait Station.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:   Bait station which comes with an untreated wood
stake. The Station is placed in the ground and them monitored at
least once a month; no longer than once a quarter. Look for any
signs of termite tunneling or feeding on the stake while inspecting.
Once activity is noted, replace the stake with a treated stake. At
this time it is suggested that the monitor with activity is then
placed in the ground alongside the Bait Station or better yet, 
another Station is installed alongside the first station with the
first monitor inserted. It is believed that certain "odors" of
the original monitor will help keep activity around the area
helping the active colony to find the newly placed treated stake.
Once the treated stake has been fed upon, replace it as needed.
You should also consider adding more Stations to this area attempting
to "surround" the original hot spot. Having extra monitors will help
get more activity which should ultimately enable you to get more
treated stakes in the ground. The more treated stakes you are able
to get in the ground the more of a negative impact you will have on
the active colony. However, don't add treated stakes before activity
is noted. This will only prove to be a waste of time.

*** YOU WILL NEED A BAIT STATION KEY TO OPEN STATIONS***

TARGET PESTS:   Termites.

WHERE TO USE IT:   Every 5 feet around the home with the
intention of establishing a perimeter placement which can't be missed
by foraging termites. Don't space them more than 8 feet apart. Use them
around property lines as well in areas like fence posts, wood piles,
sheds, dead trees or stumps and moist, damp areas where termite activity
has been noted or would be likely.

RATE OF APPLICATION:    Every 5 feet around the home about 3-5 feet
away from the foundation and any treated soil.
