Good evening.
I am having a problem with algae in my attic and noticed your product Boracare.  Would this product kill what is currently growing? If so, does the 'appearance' of algae on the wood also disappear or would I need to brush the rafters off?
Finally, is Boracare toxic to humans or animals?  Would we need to vacate the home for any period of time after spraying?
