We just sodded our backyard–7000 sq feet–and we have an infestation. Is it ok to treat for grubs now (it has been three weeks since the sod went down–bermuda) or should we wait? We are already seeing yellow spots. Thanks for your help.

so which do you reccomend merit or cyfluthrin? i live in sw fla. and not sure if one is better than the other i do apply every quater but was dissappointed with bayers product. which do you suggest?

I have a grub problem. Large areas of my lawn can be pulled up, what should I do? Do I need to remove the dead grass and reseed? Today is October 17th and I live in Cleveland, OH. is it to late to plant grass seed this year?

We are about to lay 5000 sq feet of sod, replacing an old lawn that was destroyed by grubs. We are going to amend the soil with a double mix and compost. Should we spread cyfluthrin granules prior to amending the soil and replacing the sod? Will we have to treat the new lawn as well? Thank you for your help.
