I recently had a gray water leak in my crawlspace. There are 2 areas approx. 5'x5' and the ground is saturated to a depth of 12 inches. We noticed a strong mildew aroma in the house. The pipe has consequently been repaired and I am using fans to attempt to dry up the wet spots. What product or procedure do you reccomend that I do next as the smell is still apparent. Let me know.

We have artificial turf in the backyard. Would quick action be something we could use to get rid of the dog urine smell? I'd need to know that it wouldn't harm trees and shrubs whose roots may be under the turf.
Is it economical to spray on a large area?

Good afternoon.

You guys seem to have it all… We had smoke come in from the outside HVAC unit that caught fire at a home we just completely renovated. No one lives there; it's basically a brand new empty house with hardwood and tile floors Sheetrock with texture Finnish walls and ceilings. The smoke came through the vent from outside.

The smell started when it had rained heavilly which may just be a coincidence. About 2 weeks earlier we had set out rat poison in the front garden as we had seen a good sized rat. We also have many squirrels in our area. The plumber has said the pipes all look fine and he thinks it's a dead animal in the wall. It is in the bathroom and everything has been cleaned with tile mildew spray. The odor now has been there about 3 weeks. Which if any of these products do you suggest. Thank you.

We purchased a 5th wheel trailer that an older person and their dog had lived in for about 2 years. The trailer was only 2 1/2 years old, but the couches smelled of urine (not sure if human or dog) and in their attempt to cover the smell up, it smells like they used perfume of some sort on the cushions.
