Hi,
I would like to know an organic alternative to eradicating brown beetle in the lawn.
There are a lot of beetles that like to chew grass, live in the turf and use these areas for egg laying. In many cases their young will do more damage than the adult stage so we've learned that the combination of ECO GRANULES and GRUB KILLER RTS is a good organic option that works on most every beetle. The Granules should be spread first and applied every two months when the targeted beetles are active. These are slow acting and take some water to activate. Over the course of 1-2 months they'll dissipate down into the soil working on grubs and other pests which want to nest just under the dirt. But because this product is slow acting, you'll need to spray some Grub Killer over the top for quick results.

I need some bugspray for some pesky insects that have been hanging around my house. I see you have a wide range of products but would really like something non toxic that I could use outside. What would you recommend?

Hi There,
We have an earwig infestation in our back yard. We have recently purchased a guinea pig with a cage and run. The cage and run sit directly on the grass. Every day we open up the lid there's about 50 earwigs nested in the lid. We have cleaned and disinfected the entire cage several times. We've even sealed all the edges of the cage with sealant, but the earwigs come back the next day.
How do we treat the entire lawn, but without making it dangerous for the guinea pig to eat the grass?
Many Thanks

Do you have anything organic for tick control? I've used several tick sprays before that have worked well but this year I'd like to try something organic.
Tick control can be done with several organic products that work well. The key to tick control is to first get good coverage in the areas which are most active. This is typically where low lying shrubs are growing adjacent to pathways or trails where people or animals are active. Ticks will congregate in such areas and hope to attach themselves to passerbys on the move.

I've been seeing ticks around my house for the past week and think I need to spray. I'm looking for something organic that might do the job. Do you have anything for ticks? I know I've used some of your termite spray but I don't remember seeing anything organic in your catalog but figured I'd ask.

I'd like a safe organic spray I can use inside my house for fruitfly control. Right now I see them hanging around a tomato plant I bring outside and inside. I also see them in my garbage. What can I use?

We seem to have a gnat or buffalo gnat or blackfy or some such problem in our garden. Whenever my wife goes out there, she is eaten alive and comes back in with huge welts. They don't seem to bother me, and if they do, it is minimal, and the welts are no worse than a mosquito bite. The problem is, we have a large garden and work in it regularly. Garden is around around 2,500 to 3,000 square feet and has a variety of vegetables along with honey bees that are around periodically pollinating for us. Have read your article on line and looked up the different products you have. First of all, am I to understand that the 6% pyrethrin, the super concentrate permethrin, and the NYLAR are all safe to use on vegetables? We are not sure where the infestation comes from, but we are guessing it is from our strawberry bed. It is heavily mulched with straw year round. Don't have any other idea of where around us we might be getting infested. If the answer to my first question is that they are all okay to use, second question, is…how do we keep from killing all the bees or other insects that are required to pollinate some of the plants?
