I HAD A PROBLEMS WITH BUGS YOU CAN’T SEE OR CATCH IN MY APARTMENT SINCE MID JULY. THEY VERY SMALL. WHEN THEY ARE ON MY SKIN & CLOTHES, IT FEELS LIKE I AM BEING POKED BY A PIN & SOMETIMES SPIT ON. I HAD TO MOVE ALL MY BELONGINGS EXCEPT FURNITURE FROM MY OLD APARTMENT TO HAVE IT FUMIGATED TWICE. STILL HAVING PROBLEM SO MUCH SO, I HAD TO MOVE OUT. BUT NOW BUGS ARE IN MY NEW APARTMENT & THEY ARE MULTIPLYING FAST. MY LANDLORD DOESN’T WANT TO FUMIGATE AGAIN UNTIL THEY KNOW WHAT THESE BUGS ARE.
DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO CATCH BUGS THAT ARE SO SMALL YOU CAN’T SEE, BUT CAN FEEL THEM?
THESE THINGS ARE DESTROYING MY LIFE.
HELP!
At this time I suggest you set out two devices that we have found will help in situations like this. The first is a HEATED FLEA TRAP. These traps are mostly used for fleas but will collect a wide range of insects including mosquitoes, gnats, noseeums, spiders, scorpions, roaches and mites. Drawn by heat, many biting insects will naturally find this device attractive and if you set 3-4 out around the home, they’ll no doubt catch some local pests.
Another device that can help is our GLUE TRAP MONITORS. These are essentially scented glue pads used to capture mice and insects. Place 10-20 of these around the perimeter of any room where activity is noted or suspected. Simply having enough out will many times be all that is needed to capture some pests at large.
Within 2 weeks of setting out the above listed traps and monitors, you can then send them to a local pest control company, extension agent or back to us to have whatever is captured properly identified. Once an id is made, a proper treatment regime can be put in place.
